Clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face and features are visible work best. Snapshots from your phone are perfect, and professional portraits can be used too — just make sure you have permission from the photographer, since they may hold the copyright. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to guide you.

3. Will my artwork really look like my pet?

Yes. Every piece is crafted using both advanced creative tools and over a decade of fine art pet photography expertise. We carefully refine each portrait to ensure your pet’s likeness and spirit shine through in the final piece.

4. Can I make changes after seeing the proof?

Yes. Your order includes a proof and the option to request a small adjustment before printing. This ensures you’ll love the final result. Once approved, your artwork goes into production and can no longer be changed.

5. What sizes and framing options do you offer?

Our canvases are available in multiple sizes to suit your space. You can choose between a sleek unframed look or a high-quality wood float frame. Both options arrive ready to hang.

6. How long will it take to receive my artwork?

You’ll receive your proof within 1–3 business days. Once approved, production typically takes 3–5 business days, plus shipping time (up to 5 business days depending on your location). 

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location, and you’ll see the details at checkout.

8. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

9. Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. You’ll always see a proof before we print. We only produce your piece once you’re happy with it, and we stand behind the quality of every canvas we deliver.

10. Can I order more than one pet in the same portrait?

Yes! We can create portraits featuring multiple pets. Just select the appropriate option when placing your order.

11. Can you create a portrait if my pet has passed away?

Yes. Many of our clients choose Pet Art Canvas to honor beloved pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. A clear photo is all we need to create a meaningful, lasting tribute.

12. Will I get tracking information when my order ships?

Yes. Once your artwork has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation directly from the shipper with your tracking details, so you can follow your package until it arrives at your door.
